Crafting a Hands-On Customer Experience Message

The Sensis Customer Experience team provided Blink with the challenge of bringing to life their findings and insights into how all Sensis staff could learn and make changes with the aim of providing the best possible customer experience.

The result was a highly creative campaign that cut through the generic style of internal corporate communication by using hand-crafted visuals that were individually tailored to the customer experience messages. The ‘craft’ visual style was deliberately chosen along with the depiction of the artist’s hands to emphasise the ‘hands on’ approach staff should take in implementing change and the distinctive hot air balloon provided the metaphor for giving customers a great experience.
